My engagement ring is an antique heirloom, which I needed appraised for insurance purposes (and which also needed a repair). Later, at the request of my antique repair shop I had the ring certified. Comparing the AGL certified report, Robert was spot on with his appraisal, and he even matched the country of origin based on the color of the sapphire (also confirmed by AGL), and year of manufacture (for me, ca. 1905).

Robert was great to work with and made the entire process quick and easy! He appraises the jewelry on the spot while you watch and discuss, exactly what I needed and was looking for.
