(October 8, 2021, 12:49 am)I love Golden Wok for quick and cheap Chinese Food.
They have a dish I haven’t seen at other similar Chinese takeout spots called Spicy Basil Chicken which comes with white rice or for an extra buck or two, you can get fried rice instead—a pretty good meal for under $7-$9.
I love this dish—it’s not anything super spicy, it just has a quite mild kick to it—and it’s also not crazy greasy.
Definitely don’t plan to eat-in. There’s just one small booth as it’s a tiny hole-in-the-wall type old place, and certainly nothing that offers much atmosphere. But for tasty, rather inexpensive takeout or delivery, they’re very good.
Very good to note: it is CASH ONLY—both for takeout as well as delivery.
