They do not have to wait to check your record from another fertility clinic, they do their own at the moment of your first appointment and i do not have to wait 3 weeks for my first visit. Dr. Tsai clearly explains everything the patient needs to know and is a wonderful advocate for his patients. He is very direct, which is how I like my doctors. His office is staffed with kind nurses and receptionists who are always available to respond to your questions. Dr. Johnson, the anesthesiologist, is very professional and cordial, offering a much needed sense of calm just prior to having a procedure done. I am very happy to recommend Dr. Tsai for any Gyn procedures you need performed.
