Michael's, The Consignment Shop for Women

I have been going to Michael’s for more than 20 yrs. and they are like family to me. People have been working there since I started going, that should tell you something. They love being there and helping people look good. I have never had a bad experience and everyone is always smiling and happy to help.
If you have never gone there, you are missing a hidden treasure of NYC.

Ladies, if you shop here you need to understand that it seems a little (or a lot) expensive if you are not from the City — but the reality is that Michael’s has an impeccable collection of goods in pristine condition at generally remarkably cheap prices (under the circumstances). My wife likes all that stuff and we have spent a lot more $ for the same basic pair of wedges she bought today.

I bought a beautiful Chanel necklace in excellent condition and a lovely Diane VF zebra print dress! The sales lady was extremely helpful and engaging. A great shopping experience! They had lots of other great items at great prices. I highly recommend them.

Michael's, The Consignment Shop for Women, has a fantastic in-store- and online experience. When i lived in the city, i went in monthly and never left empty handed. If you want high-end designer fashion, Michael's does not disappoint. Their inventory is current and they have many items. The staff there is extremely helpful but never pushy- a fine line to to toe, if you ask me. Also their prices are extremely fair- you won't find any better.
Their online experience is also excellent- items are easy to find and there is a plethora of pictures for each item, something a lot of sites don't always have. Hands down a great store overall!
