I had some wedding DVDs that could not be read on any DVD player. These guys are the last ones I could find that recover data from discs. They were able to read and recover all the data, their customer service was excellent, and they were up-front with all the pricing and their turnaround was on-time. The staff are patient, reply both on phone and via email quickly, and they have a clear procedure from filling out a case to price evaluation ($200-$5000 and different levels based on emergency or not). Though I didn’t continue with the data recovery because it’s out of my budget, the services I received so far are good. Just a reminder here: if you need help with memory repair/recovery asap, you’d better go there sometime between 9 am and 5 pm because that’s the shift of the technicians.
