Mandarin House Chinese School

I give this school five stars including Sophia very bright and her presentation was excellent. A gifted academic delivery! Her presentation was methodical and her board presentation was excellent. In addition, she presents material in the abstract and in the sequential presentation. She uses cooperative learning exercises for positive reinforcement.I'm considering this venue. It a small school but they provide comprehensive learning channels. It little expensive but they do offer promotions. They are respectful and courteous at Mandarin House. And they meet the academic criteria for an excellent cognitive learning experience. Sophia is s graduate of Columbia teachers college. She doing good things at Madarian house!

From August through December I took three levels of Mandarin classes at The Mandarin House New York.

I was deeply satisfied with the academic level of the classes that covered various topics of everyday life, conversation, grammar, and useful cultural information that in combination made up a comprehensive language learning experience. Now that I have finished my three levels, I am feeling even more keen on developing my Mandarin.

Also the staff at Mandarin House deserves 5 stars if not more. Teacher Lu, Vivian, and Karen were all mighty kind to me. From the first day they did their very best to make me feel welcome.

If you are considering Mandarin classes in New York City, The Mandarin House is definitely worth recommending. I promise you, you will not regret it.

I had a great experience learning Chinese here!! The staff and teachers are excellent!! Though it's pricy compared with some other schools in NYC when I first saw it, after comparing the location, flexibility, teaching quality and curriculum, I regret that I wasted my time and money before! I learned at a Chinese school which only costs a few hundreds which seemed perfect to me. However after learning for 3 months, I still found it's very hard to communicate and have a simple conversation with my Chinese friends. I got discouraged from that experience and stopped for a while until my job needs me to retake Chinese class again recently. The school is very close to my job so I contacted them. They gave me a very professional assessment before I registered and helped me choose the right program. The course is very systematic, and they even offer online course which use the same textbooks. I gained my confidence on learning Chinese again. I am so excited to learn more and improve faster!

I enjoy learning at MH a lot. The teachers and the staffs are very nice to students. MH provides a good teaching quality which makes the foreign students can speak chinese very well in a short period of time. Since I started my learning at MH, I have never imagined that my chinese has improved this much within only 6 months.

Mandarin House Chinese school provides very effective learning materials and use practical teaching methods, which help students learn most effectively. The teachers are all highly experienced, student-oriented and supportive!
