(March 24, 2023, 6:07 pm)The nutrition twins changed my way of thinking about food choices. I appreciate the way they work together as two caring sisters. I feel like they care for me just like a sister. I am looking forward to all of their spring ideas. Tammy and Lyssie are also super inspiring athletes that encourage me to love my daily physical workout. .
(August 27, 2022, 9:18 am)Fortunately the Nutrition Twins have virtual coaching and courses because I don't live in New York City. I took their 21 Day Reboot course in 2021 which lasted for 3 weeks. In short, It was life changing.
I not only lost 6 pounds during this period, but the strategies I learned during this time helped me to go from 210 pounds to my current weight of 178 pounds which means I'm back in the healthy weight range for my height of 5 ft 11, and I'm keeping it off instead of yo-yo-ing like usual. Although I do plan on dropping some more pounds.
They don't just teach you how to eat right, they give you a, complete food system with food lists so that you don't have to follow menus. But the menus they do give you are full of delicious food that you never get sick of and is much easier to prepare than any other diet I've been on. The recipes are realistic and don't have 5 million ingredients but still taste awesome.
You also get shopping lists and recipes both for food and their delicious Cleantox drinks. I can't say enough about how delicious these drinks are and I really feel like they gave me a huge detoxification boost and kept my appetite at bay.
They also tell you which exercises are most effective for getting into shape. But those exercises are optional on this program . Although they will encourage you to move for at least 30 minutes a day.
You get two group coaching sessions during the three weeks for an hour each which are extremely helpful as the twins and other members give you their expertise live. You also get access to a Facebook group so you can ask questions anytime of day and they always answer you. They are very conscientious about this.
My favorite part of the program besides the group coachings is ithat they give you strategies galore to help you indulge in your favorite foods while still losing weight. For example, they have strategies to help you resist alcohol, overeating while you drink alcohol, sweet treats, salty snacks, high fat dairy, how to deal with restaurant portions, etc...
I had been following them online for a while and they kept my attention because not only are they fun. nice, creative, people, but I like their ability to strategize solutions to just about every weight loss challenge you can think of. When they brainstorm together it's magic!!
Plus they can actually make you excited to eat veggies. Who would have thunk there'd be people like that? (I'm joking. Another thing is they have an awesome sense of humor. Thunk...🤣)
I highly recommend them to anyone who is serious about getting the weight loss issue behind them once and for all.
I actually want to do coaching with them next as I've got some other nutrition issues I've got to get straightened out and they are like my nutrition and weight loss Obi Wan Kenobis. 🤣 I've been told by reboot squad members that the coaching is super awesome...
