“I started studying with Adrian as a complete beginner about a year and a half ago. From the beginning, learning from Adrian has been enjoyable and very effective. Adrian is extremely organized and plans lessons to what I need to focus on. He intuitively adjusts the pace of learning to what I need. I can trust that I can pronounce a word correctly or use the correct tense and form of a verb because he is not willing to let mistakes slip by without learning the correct way. He is a very talented teacher and his years of experience shows. Learning with him is also FUN. We laugh a lot when I make a funny mistake and that has created a fantastic encouraging environment. I feel like I have a good grasp on the grammar, pronunciation, and overall feel for the language. I am able to speak in Spanish with native speakers and have little conversations! From working with Adrian I can understand what is spoken and being able to reply to someone with some sort of speed. I can understand Spanish (some) when I hear it on the streets, TV shows, and especially reading it. I can translate english to Spanish and vice versa at a practical level. There have been weeks and months where I do not do outside homework or learning but I do not loose much progress because the way Adrian teaches. It really sinks in and for subjects I struggle with he is extremely patient when I forget something or he needs to explain something to me repeatedly. Learning Spanish is not a sprint and having a teacher like Adrian is one of the main reasons I stick with learning. The progress I have made working with him is pretty amazing -- especially when there are lulls with my outside effort. Other ways of learning (apps, etc) are nothing in comparison. I recommend Adrian to anyone I meet who wants to learn to speak and understand Spanish!”

“My husband and I have come to this place a few times. Tonight we had the milanesa with fried eggs, the skirt steak sandwich, various empanadas, wine, & dessert. The food was all very delicious & the service was great. It’s a small cute place and the Argentinian food is on point.”

“The team at SGF NY took amazing care of me during my first (and hopefully last) egg retrieval cycle. I cannot recommend SGF NY enough. Dr Romanski has a calming, reassuring bedside manner and was patient with my questions. He goes above and beyond, making sure all my personal health risk factors were evaluated before starting my cycle. The cycle was a success! I’m also really grateful for the wonderful nursing staff who were all so warm and kind. Special shout outs to Isabel who was diligent in following up on my dose adjustments every day and always remembered to check in on how my body was reacting. She’s so positive and encouraging - it really helps with the process! Sara gave me a foolproof tutorial on injections and explained how to contact my pharmacy. Jenelle made blood draws bearable and gave me tips on how to reduce bruising. Nana their in-house financial counsellor was great at helping me navigate insurance claims.”

“I’ve utilized KMC for over 3 years and haven’t thought of obtaining my continuing education credits with any other company. This program is so seamless and the content is super enjoyable. I hear about the continuing ed horror stories some of my colleagues have and I’m just relieved to have found a course that works for me. I would 10/10 recommend!! Plussss! Let’s not forget the referral incentives! Just got my first referral check ☺️☺️☺️”

“Cute and trendy but still cozy. Good variety of wines by the glass. The snap pea salad is tangy with a hint of sweetness on top of a light, creamy cheese that you hope will never end. Delicious. Shrimp scampi is yummy and satisfying. Good neighborhood spot.”

“Great upscale Japanese restaurant with a diverse menu that is fit for anyone. The listening bar section of the restaurant is a bit more laid back and great place to dine; the DJ that came on at 10 had great taste in music. Overall food and service was excellent. Highlights: Miso black cod, Mochi Croquette (super different and interesting - not a large portion, but very tasty), Butabara Renkon (part of the O-Banzai), ikura and uni hand roll (very fresh, super delicious), mochi cookies (great to share, so soft and melts in your mouth - nice pairing with ice cream), espresso martini with the nikka Coffey grain whisky was great.”

“I might not be objective, but based on my long-term experience as a follower of Matt T. I am deeply impressed by the sense of business and hilarity. Definitely worth visiting if you wear the right pair of VC shoes. Cheers”

“Pretty solid food. Not amazing, but it gets the job done. My milk tea didn't have tapioca, which I maybe was supposed to ask for? Either way, tasted good and hit the spot for a late night dinner.”

“So when I read the previous reviews I was horrified and we almost didn’t stay. HOWEVER we did stay and I’m so glad we did. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. Our room wasn’t at all cold however there should be a duvet/blanket rather than just a sheet, especially in winter. The heating/aircon system is loud and seems to come on when it wants but honestly it’s not that bad, it didn’t wake us up in the night. We also had a fantastic view. Any issues reception are really friendly and helpful. The room was really clean and so was the bathroom. All the lifts were working and the fitness centre was excellent. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would 100% stay here again. The location is fantastic, there’s a subway station right outside and the hotel is in a safe spot. The hotel is really good value for money and I would recommend people to stay but keep an open mind. No it’s not luxury but that’s why the price is so reasonable.”

“Portions were decent. The staff are nice. The portions were generous. I had some leftovers of the mini feijoada. I didn’t love the the signature cocktail but that might be personal preference. The bathroom had an air dryer but no towels or easy way to open the door without using hands. We found the passion fruit mouse to have a gritty consistency.”

“The house was great, perfectly clean, well equipped, spacious and cozy. We used the pool and the hot tub, and our dogs lived the massive grassy yard. The weather was a bit average but we had plenty of space inside to play games and have a nice meal. Highly recommend!”

“She's awesome. Dinora has known my family longer than I've been born. This year is the first time I've done my taxes and I am very pleased with the service. I shoudve been coming here all along. And by the way I was going to another supposed tax professional with over 40 years of experience and still Dinora was way more Professional, was more knowledgeable and gave me a bigger return. Go see Dinora and her staff you'll be happy.”

“I love studying at Harlem Collective. It is a quiet, beautiful interior, that has desks, a cafe, and even a roof deck to relax on. Sometimes in med school you need a place that you can completely focus on for hours on end and this place really delivers. If you need to commute there is easy parking around St. Nicholas Ave or by the Hudson River. The staff are friendly, and I've gotten to meet some other wonderful patrons. If you need a place to focus, you won't regret it here.”

“I just finished my orthodontic treatment with Dr. Lien today after wearing braces for two years. I highly recommend him and his team! He is always so professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, patient and listens to your needs. The staff who works here is also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend my friends go to House of Orthodontia for braces. Thank you Dr. Lien!”

“I only visited the Bond Street Dojo for a week, but I was very happy with my training. Everyone at the dojo is very welcoming. I watched the staff take great care with their new students to show them the ropes and set them on a constructive path. This helpfulness did not stop with the junior students, however. Senior students had a real passion for helping make sure that everyone training understood the essence of the technique in a way that was helpful and not demeaning. The dojo itself is spacious and clean. There are a great number of classes offered for basics, general, bukiwaza, and Iaido. Definitely a good dojo to check out if you are in the area!”
