“I recently had an outstanding experience selling my diamond engagement ring to Abe Mor Diamonds. Erik Mor, the person I worked with, was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. I was also thrilled with the fair price I received for my ring. I highly recommend Abe Mor Diamonds and Erik Mor for their exceptional service and honest pricing.”

“A place where kids can have fun and make art but it is not really a museum for kids as whatever little art is there is fairly modern and not easy to interpret. Still the kids that came with us had a lot of fun because of all the activities and the things they could make. The staff of the museum help to make things as well Tickets for kids are free for below 8 and $4 for kids till 17. Adults it is $7. They also have books and other small artwork for sale. They also have storytelling sessions which you can find out about by just calling them. The staff were quite friendly.”

“This is the best ESL school in NYC, with the best people working in there! I am studying at this school for less than a year! The teachers I have are very good! A big shout out for the front desk people, especially Valeria. She addresses every question and she helped me a lot, from enrolling online and during the school year. They answer your emails pretty quickly. The staff never forget so send reminders for vacation, holiday reminders that school is closed and everything . I highly recommend Manhattan English Center.”

“Coffee and almond croissant were both delicious, no doubt about that, but the service seemed slightly disorganised. At some point there were 5 people behind the counter, yet I was waiting long time to get noticed and get my coffee afterward. And it was not even busy times! At least they don’t ask for the tip when I paid, like other similar establishment do, which seems to be some sort of a new trend unfortunately! Paid by card. Visited in May 2023.”

“Fantastic authentic and elevated Georgian culinary experience. Had salad, the famous twirled egg and cheese in bread, and kebobs that come in wrapped pita. Lovely Georgian waitstaff, contemporary art on the walls. It was hot out otherwise back patio oasis looked lovely too!”

“Dr. Wisnicki performed my strabismus surgery in January 2023. After years of many consultations with different ophthalmologists, I finally felt comfortable with Dr. Wisnicki performing the surgery. After exactly 3 weeks, but eye was completely healed and looking great! I am really happy I put my trust in Dr. Wisnicki.”

“We recently rented a cello from Rental Instruments for my daughter’s performance in NY. As we live in HK and would be difficult to bring our own cello and we also wanted to find a place that is conveniently picking up and dropping off the instruments as we won’t have a car during our stay in Manhattan and a place not too far from Mid-Town. I googled and found Rental Instruments. And had few emails exchange with them and the overall rental process is pretty straightforward and simple. When we got our first cello, my daughter didn’t quite like it and they were nice to allow us to swap and send over another cello. Return is easy by dropping off at a security desk at a residential apartment in NYC. I would recommend this place for anyone who would like to rent instruments while traveling to NYC. Their staff is professional and responsive and the quality and sound of their instruments are good.”

“Very authentic Georgian place, every employee was speaking Georgian! You can really feel it in the food. The menu is a bit pricy, but it’s certainly less than a plane ticket to Georgia. My first time trying the cuisine, and it didn’t disappoint. The cheeseboat is nothing less than awesome. Very rich and gooey, and it goes perfect with the soft and crispy edged bread. The lamb stew is a flavor I haven’t experienced before. It was tender and I spooned up every last drop.”

“Absolutely incredible experience! My 12 year old daughter had possibly the best time of her life dancing at Steps - we travelled in from Massachusetts and we cannot to come back again for more, more more! The faculty was phenomenal, and the choreography was outstanding!! She took the intermediate level theater Jazz and the intermediate tap, and she fit right in, learned so much, and loved every minute. Thank you, Steps!”

“I started studying with Adrian as a complete beginner about a year and a half ago. From the beginning, learning from Adrian has been enjoyable and very effective. Adrian is extremely organized and plans lessons to what I need to focus on. He intuitively adjusts the pace of learning to what I need. I can trust that I can pronounce a word correctly or use the correct tense and form of a verb because he is not willing to let mistakes slip by without learning the correct way. He is a very talented teacher and his years of experience shows. Learning with him is also FUN. We laugh a lot when I make a funny mistake and that has created a fantastic encouraging environment. I feel like I have a good grasp on the grammar, pronunciation, and overall feel for the language. I am able to speak in Spanish with native speakers and have little conversations! From working with Adrian I can understand what is spoken and being able to reply to someone with some sort of speed. I can understand Spanish (some) when I hear it on the streets, TV shows, and especially reading it. I can translate english to Spanish and vice versa at a practical level. There have been weeks and months where I do not do outside homework or learning but I do not loose much progress because the way Adrian teaches. It really sinks in and for subjects I struggle with he is extremely patient when I forget something or he needs to explain something to me repeatedly. Learning Spanish is not a sprint and having a teacher like Adrian is one of the main reasons I stick with learning. The progress I have made working with him is pretty amazing -- especially when there are lulls with my outside effort. Other ways of learning (apps, etc) are nothing in comparison. I recommend Adrian to anyone I meet who wants to learn to speak and understand Spanish!”

“My husband and I have come to this place a few times. Tonight we had the milanesa with fried eggs, the skirt steak sandwich, various empanadas, wine, & dessert. The food was all very delicious & the service was great. It’s a small cute place and the Argentinian food is on point.”
