I would definitely request another appointment with him. As for the staff at the counter, they were so helpful and efficient. Marisol was great at explaining the cost, what insurance covered, and wanted to get you the best deal. Even though it was a tiny shop/office it was probably one of the best optometrist office I've been to. Thanks to everyone there!”

Kate was so friendly from the second we walked in the store, showing us different options of materials and curtain tracks, and helping decide what would work best for our budget and needs. We changed our minds several times before finally deciding on a final product and she was so patient throughout the process, providing different quotes each time. The timing from delivery to installation was also super quick, and the installer came and put the tracks up very efficiently and with no issues. We are doing various renovations in our apartment and the customer service from The Shade Store has surpassed the rest of the vendors and companies we've been working with by a mile, from start to finish. I will definitely look to use them again for future projects!”

“I met a knitting group here. These girls all live in the neighborhood except me. I commuted from Bayonne and it is very easy. The A train stops at 181st street and it was a half block walk to the restaurant. We sat at an outside booth facing the bridge; the most glorious pink sunset! Anyway, the food selections are very good, and I I understand that they have great Irish winter food selections too. My loaded hamburger was grilled perfectly and I was able to substitute salad for the french fries. We all had dinner and drinks and received separate checks which made everything easier. By the way, the group spoke highly of the Russian bakery, "Moscow on the Hudson." So, you can get dessert on your way home if it is not too late in the evening! It looks like an interesting neighborhood to explore but wear hiking sandals. The streets are steep! хорошее здоровье khorosheye zdorov'ye”
