Diet Mentor has helped me get back on track with managing my weight loss. My coach Tammy has been helpful through my progress. The owner of Diet Mentor is also there for you and your journey.

I'm quite angry.. with myself for not finding the Diet center sooner! This is by far the only program I have been successful with. I haven't left a review until now because I was waiting to reach a big milestone.. I have that now.. 50+ lbs and counting. I started in July and have been amazed at the progress I've made.. I felt disgusted and was depressed.. I'm not sure how I came about the decision initially but I'm so glad I google searched "diet centers" that day. I came to the center not knowing what to expect but it's been a positive experience for the most part.. there have been rough moments where I was not having a good week and felt overwhelmed, but Kristen and the other coaches were there for me and encouraged me that having setbacks is ok. Even when I only lose 1 lb it's still a loss!! I went to buy clothes today and I was nervous and grabbed a size with expectations of having to get a bigger size.. it was the opposite.. I needed a smaller size.. I'm so proud of myself which is very hard to say! This program works! I'm nervous for the next stage after I reach my goal weight, but excited as I know I will be guided in the right direction to continue to live a healthy lifestyle.. and the free lifetime coaching is a bonus! Thank you Diet Mentor for giving my husband his wife back and giving me my health and happiness back!!

Been going to Diet Mentor for just a little over 3 months now and have lost 30 pounds. I’m off of all my medications for sugar and had my 6 month check up with my doctor and he was amazed.!! All my bloodwork and blood pressure was perfect.!! 20 more pounds to go…

I had two back surgeries in February. After these surgeries were rescheduled twice due to the Covid shut down, I became frustrated and a little depressed. I had waited six years, with constant pain, to have surgery. I started stress eating. I knew packing on the pounds would increase the back pain and impede my recovery. It was explained to me that the artificial disc would be inserted through my side, and stomach and rods and screws through two incisions in the back. My mobility in those first few weeks would be limited and the extra weight would only make that more difficult. I was going to need help being moved in and out of bed. I was also worried about hurting my caretakers by having that extra weight to lift.
I have thyroid disease. Typically this causes weight to pile on quickly and it takes a very long time to lose. I started with The Diet Center after the holidays. The program works! I was losing between 2-4 pounds a week and it was so easy. Keep in mind that I couldn’t do any exercise because of the pain. The high protein snacks were perfect to get through the midday hunger. I kept them in my car, work and overnight bag for the hospital.
The staff of the diet center were extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and accommodating knowing that there would be a pause in my visits after surgery. They allowed me to purchase extra food to get me through that time.
I lost 23 pounds, reached my goal and was able to get away to Florida in April to do a little rehab on the beach, where we walked 2-4 miles every morning. Thanks to The Diet Center, I actually lost weight during my vacation by bringing my snacks and making smart choices with meals. I was even comfortable wearing a bikini. The Diet Center encourages you to enjoy an indulgence meal now and then, but they give you the tools to get back on track and still lose the weight. It’s been 8 months and I’ve kept the weight off with their maintenance program.
