His classes are tough, but modifications can be made to suit your level of fitness. Pricing is extremely fair for one on one and his classes are a great deal. Whether your a beginner or a fitness expert, Tom has something for you.

(November 20, 2019, 8:31 pm)Started working out here while our daughter did gymnastics at Flips next door. Now we come here 2 to 3x a week. Get personalized workouts tailored to my wife, my 13 year old son, and myself at a really amazing price. Staff is great and really knowledgable. Will adjust workouts to suit your body type or if you are recovering from an injury. I also appreciate the nutrition and supplement advice they give. Recommend checking them out.
