(July 6, 2020, 8:35 am)DR. MIKE: 5 stars. HIS STAFF: 0 stars. I absolutely adore Dr. Mike, he is friendly, he is kind, and he will not dismiss your concerns. He deserves 5 stars. HOWEVER, the staff that manages phones/appointments absolutely never answers the phone. If you leave a message it seems they wait to return your call 10 minutes before closing. Therefore, prescription refills and appointments take longer than necessary to get. I cannot say I advise against seeing Dr. Mike for this reason, since I do believe it's challenging to find a doctor that cares. I will just say that the call dodging of the staff is frustrating and unprofessional, so do not seek treatment here if you don't have the patience.
