I cannot say enough good things about Heritage Manor and its staff.
I would not have been able to board a plane and leave Western New York if I had not been able to make a home for my mother on Lexington Court. I could rest assured that she would be safe, taken care of, and VERY well fed. However, I never quite knew the love that she would enjoy while living there, or the joy that this phase of her life could bring her.
The staff of Heritage Manor are consummate professionals who care deeply about the work that they do. For them, this is clearly not just a "job". This is a calling.
They are a true credit to their calling.
My brother was welcomed to Heritage Manor and he has shown significant improvement from the Rehab facility where he was previously. He is given a delicate balance of independence and attention which helps with his quality of life.
Mom was at Heritage for just over two years and truly loved being there. The staff was wonderful and really made mom and my family comfortable knowing she was being well taken care of. We always appreciated the quality of care that mom was receiving. Great meals, lots of activities, first rate personal care and just high marks for how nice and clean the building and her room was. Would highly recommend to anyone with a loved one who needs a little help when they get to that point.
The staff at Heritage receives high marks of excellence from our family. They went above and beyond helping our mother to feel loved and part of their Heritage community. From sunrise to sunset and all through the night they supported our mother with her ADL’s and companion needs. We also were pleasantly surprised with the nurturing and community culture of the residents. From bingo to bible study to meal time, everyone supported our mom. They kept our mother active and engaged each day which provided great relief for us as she was transitioning from living independently. Ray Geiser their director was a great communicator and highly engaged. Any calls were returned promptly and he always delivered an honest and solid perspective.
