I just bought my second major purchase from Niagara Lawn & Garden. And I am completely satisfied. I bought a stage 2 cub cadet snowblower 3 years ago and I am very pleased with it. I just bought a 46 inch cub cadet riding mower. Mowed the lawn and I am also very pleased with it. Plus the guys did a great job in all aspects of selling it and delivering it to me. I can not be more happy.

I spent almost $400 to get my CC30H gone over to be ready for mowing season. Didn't use my mower right away due to rain. Had everything done especially asked for a new Mulching Blade.The Sales order said ''Sharpened and Balanced and the tag on the mower said New Blade(so which is it?), along with all the other stuff I had done. I only Mulch but the mower threw everything out from the mower deck 360 degrees. What a mess! Grass cuttings all over my lawn ,driveway, sidewalk etc. I called and told them I am very upset with the results after paying out all that money and I want it fixed for free including them picking it up and bringing it back after repairs! I was told to call on Monday. I'll let you know if I get satisfaction. REBUTTAL; 5-15-22, I want to Thank Jason in the Service Dept. for his patience with me and I am Satisfied with the service I received at no charge. That's what I call Good Business! Jason and his crew do excellent work and my mower works great. Thanks again Jason.

Place was dead when I went in, got waited on, the guy answered all my questions. I left returned home measured and returned and purchased a new zero turn mower. No hassle at all, they were busy when I returned but they took care of everyone there in turn. For no pressure sales go here!

Best garden equipment shop in the area. Always professional, know their products and ready to help. They even helped me to figure out and repair a piece of equipment that I bought elsewhere and did it free of charge.
