Rainforest Cafe Niagara Falls USA

Went for an early dinner, got in at 4pm right when they opened. Fantastic service, our waitress was super friendly and gave top notch service. The food was delicious, huge portions, the drinks were also great. Loved the Panama punch. Got awesome souvenir cups, a Jaguar and frog

We ordered Ribs Steak Shrimp Trio to share between and it was really good. The steak was cooked perfectly at medium rare. The ribs were almost fall off the bone tender and the coconut shrimps were alright. Saw a lot of reviews about poor service, they were not completely wrong. The waiter checked on us 3 times which was a fair amount of visits. However when we needed someone to bring us extra plates or the check, we had a hard time getting a waiter. Overall a very fun place to dine at.

This place was amazing! The food quality was amazing! People are super friendly! Definitely a kids friendly place. They have a arcade which is actually super nice! 10/10 service! Would definitely go again!

Amazing staff all around from waiters/waitresses to the hostess. Awesome atmosphere and ambiance, delicious adult beverages that are STRONG and not overpriced. The food was surprisingly EXCELLENT. I expected it to be good but for some reason I expected lower quality than what I got. The ribs were amazing, the chicken tenders were delicious, and even my kids spaghetti was really really really good. And not the most people care but the broccoli was cooked to perfection. My kid thanked me multiple times for taking her and I thoroughly enjoyed myself as well.
