Regal Niagara Falls & ScreenX

It was not a great experience for me. ScreenX was not great, plus I was sitting in a spilled drink for 2 plus hours. However I left a review and the GM called me the next day to apologize and actually gave me replacement tickets to go see it in IMAX since I was upset with the ScreenX experience. So I would def give them another chance as the customer service was great. Went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of as a patron. Loved that. Will be back.

I had a really enjoyable experience with my 3 boys. We saw a late morning Saturday show and the movie was great, the experience was great, the staff was friendly. The only reason I can't give the full 5 stars is cost. I understand the times we live in, but it was 84 dollars for tickets and snacks. I'm not complaining as we truly enjoyed ourselves. I would however, be apprehensive about doing that regularly though.

I love movies! They used to have later showings but now the late one's (even on the weekend) are 730 or rarely 8. No recliner or fancier/newer seating tho. Got one surround "X" theater where the movies action scenes include the side walls too which is kinda cool.

Great spot to go see a movie. The person working the popcorn line was a fantastic and kind. Good atmosphere, and clean place. I highly recommend this place.
