Bob and the Regency Team I feel are best in the business!! If you are looking to build a house in WNY, you'd be making a big mistake by not considering Regency. Their attention to detail and customer focused mindset is what made us build our house with them. You can tell Bob is a person who wants it built and done the right way from the day they break ground, until the day he hands you the keys. They may not be the cheapest, but I feel they give you the best value for what you're spending compared to other builders. We were building our forever home so we wanted it done right with quality materials and good vendors, and Regency has it! We made A LOT of changes to the original plans of our house, and they were with us every step of the way whereas other builders would probably tell you, sorry this is the way it is. We were looking to build our dream home. After visiting several builders, we heard about Regency Builders. Rocco Roshong was our first contact. We found their model home was exactly what we were looking for. With some subtle changes we were able to add all the features we wanted, and the pricing was very straight forward. Rocco was great to work with during the design phase and really sealed the deal. Little did we know, Bob Mayo “the building department” was just as professional and easy to work with. Bob reviewed all the plans and made sure we addressed our customization requests timely to be sure we had things just right. I was likely overthinking some aspects but Bob was consistently there to make sure all things building were going as planned and done correctly. Communication during the building process was outstanding, Bob was consistently available for questions, comments and changes. Let’s not forget Krista Carvalho who helped us with all the finish colors, styles, decorating and overall coordination of selections. She was fantastic to work with. She was accommodating to our schedules, had a great sense of what we wanted and what would work, and overall was enjoyable to work with. This team delivered a world-class experience and our beautiful home. We have been in our new home for over a year now and have no complaints or issues to report.
