“My friend and I went there for lunch. We chose the pulled pork sandwich and the brisket sandwich and each had a side. The meat was very tender and flavorful and the sides of coleslaw and broccoli salad were also good. We were also given a complementary sample of the Brunswick stew, which was a little spicy but tasty. The restaurant has been redecorated and has a very homey atmosphere but is small with limited seating. There is also no table service. The only drawback I felt was that they use disposable bowls for the sides and serve the food on a paper-lined tray. I would have preferred actual dishes and silverware instead.”

“What can I say about Chop's Shop. Plenty. The staff is very nice every time. However, I have to say that if Chop's Shop ever opened up another shop in the Southtowns (Hamburg, Orchard Park, etc.) Every Pizza place would be in big trouble. (If some disappeared it'd be a blessing) I am a frequent pizza guy and Picasso's is my go to in my area and if there was a Chop's Shop in this area, they would become my go to place. The Pizza is phenominal. Best around. The sweet pizza sauce is the best. I travel from Hamburg just to get the Pizza and the Fried Dough. 2 of the best things to get here. Not one bad thing can be said about Chop's Shop. Everything is perfect every time.”
