Just closed on my house yesterday and discovered the heat did not work. Called and they sent someone out the very next morning (I didn’t want to pay for an emergency call since I was not staying the night). My tech was amazing. We had a snow storm so the warehouses were closed. My tech called another place to see if they had the blower motor and the place was unsure. My tech drove to the place to see. He returned and was able to make it work. The professionalism, quality, and overall experience with my tech was great! I always call JR Swanson for help and they have never disappointed. Thank you.
