“From start to finish John Madden and the entire facility were bending over backwards for me. It all started when I found a Jeep I was in LOVE with, but it was in Rochester. John went out of his way to get the jeep to be to see the same day! After hours! He didn't have to do that, but he did! Monday morning, even being a holiday, the detail department did an amazing job removing decals that were not my favorite- you would never even know they were on the car! The finance department actually cared to get me approved at a rate that they thought was fair-not just approved. Like I said I was in on a holiday, but they didn't give up until they were satisfied with the results, which made me so much more comfortable with it all! I would recommend John Madden to ANYONE.
