“On March 15th Dr Perry did an eyelid and eyebrow lift due to a paratid tumor removal on the right side of my face years ago so as I got older the skin drooped and the eyelid was covering half of my eye to where it was obstructing my vision. Dr. Perry did an outstanding job, I'm beyond pleased and now looking forward to having my picture taken when my grandson gets married. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Medusa!!!! I'm updating my review so everyone knows what true heroes Dr Perry and Linda are. My insurance first gave approval for the surgery, then after a while they changed their mind. Dr Perry and Linda went to battle for me and the decision was reversed. I couldn't have fought the insurance company by myself. Thanks from the bottom of my heart.”

“Dr Ron is an incredible man not only that, but he is the best doctor ive ever had. However the reason i gave 4 stars is not bc of the doctors, but because of the office staff. The telephone line is ALWAYS busy. I don't think they even have a multi line. Youve got to call several times back 2 back to get an answer. Also, you should give your DOB before explaining the reason for your call. They will literally cut you off to ask for your DOB. and that infurieates me. That stuff aside, the doctors there are excellent.”

I’ve been dealing with crazy pain, unexplained health issues and just a general sense of despair as my body seems to break down more each day the past 4-5 years. I absolutely dread and avoid doctors bc since my illness cant be seen, I ALWAYS had to explain THE PAST 4 YEARS, reexplain, ARGUE, cry and try convince the dr the severity of what I’m dealing with and the negative impact it’s having on my life and mental state …and also that it can’t be resolved with yogurt and exercise. It’s exhausting, frustrating and humiliating. Today was the FIRST TIME EVER that I’ve walked in to an office and Cristina was READY. I mean READY. I didn’t have to explain Anything to her. She actually took the time to read my labs and chart prior to my visit. I didn’t even know that was a thing. She walked in the door prepared, aware and ready to help. She knew I have a lot going on and that it’s confusing and frustrating. She offered empathy vs the apathy I’ve become used to. She was never dismissive but instead made me feel completely validated. I didn’t have to ask her….SHE had a plan for ME already!! She had confidence when she said “we’re going to get to the bottom of this”. She has no idea how much this means to someone like me that’s been unheard for so long. I could have cried and hugged her. It’s the best thing someone has said to me in years. I was truly moved. I’ve been waiting for this type of help and understanding for over 4 years. She has no idea… she feels like an absolute godsend and I am so grateful for her. Finally, Someone on my side that I can trust. Thank you, thank you, thank yku.”
