“I recently had a case of Plantar Fasciitis on my right foot. I was in a great deal of pain with every step I took. In addition, the limping that I was forced to do was throwing my back out. I went to see Dr. Zirna because I knew that he offered Shockwave Therapy for Plantar Fasciitis. There are very few podiatrists in WNY, that I'm aware of, that have access to this non-surgical treatment. Since I've had this condition before on my left foot, I knew that the quickest way to get relief was Shockwave Therapy. After three brief weekly visits to Dr. Zirna for Shockwave Therapy, I am pain-free and able to walk with no issues. Granted, not everyone may respond the way I did, but it is well worth pursing if you've tried all the other treatments associated with Plantar Fasciitis (injections, exercises, boots, etc.). Dr. Zirna is very caring and compassionate and extremely thorough. I feel very confident that you will have a pleasant experience, and get the results your looking for from Dr. Zirna.
