Highly recommend! As someone with severe medical anxiety, I’ve been seeing Dr. Mastrogiannis and he has helped me tremendously! I feel safe & hopeful with my high risk pregnancy thanks to him!!

I had gone to this office for both of my pregnancies. I can not say enough about the staff from reception all the way up to the doctors it was a great experience. This last pregnancy I had the pleasure of seeing Tara and it was a great experience. I was seen at this office due to being a type one diabetic with preclampsia with my first pregnancy three years prior. I never felt like my concerns weren't taken seriously. Tara listened to me and my concerns every visit..I believe this is what helped with my second child being delivered safely at 37 weeks. If I were to have anymore children, sadly we are done, I would be happy to be seen at this office again and be happy to be seen by Tara again!

My Review is going to be lengthy but bear with me. If you are a mama with an IC or past history of cerclage, this is for you.
My daughter passed away at Crouse in November of 2018. She was born at 22&5 due to physical trauma, it was too late to perform any medical intervention. At the time, I saw Dr. Silverman. He had sent me home after 3 days there and told me to be on bed rest, come back in a week for the steroid shots for her lungs. Bad idea on his behalf because 24 hrs later I was in full blown labor and had her the next day. Dr. Silverman had told me that with my next pregnancy, he would ensure I had a cerclage in time as a preventative measure and that this would not happen again. The following year I went to see him at 16 weeks pregnant for my son, for the consult for surgery. He denied to help me and told me he'd rather wait until something actually happens. Well 2 weeks later at my consult with strong hospital in Rochester, I had a cm left at 18 weeks and needed a rescue cerclage that they performed for me.

I am currently 18 weeks pregnant with my second son. A week ago I went back here to see Dr. Nosovitch for a consult. I was extremely anxious that I would be refused help again because of my last experience and of course the trauma I have endured. I was happy to see the previous Dr. Has retired. Dr. Nosovitch wasted NO time and admitted me to Crouse, as I had less than a cm of my cervix yet again and this time a week sooner. I had my cerclage placed by Dr. Eden the very next day and just in time as I became 1cm dilated. While I had a very unpleasant experience the first couple times, this time was absolutely excellent and I cannot thank these two Drs. Enough for saving my son and putting my anxiety at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Nosovitch and Dr. Eden. Very professional and thorough at their jobs. They waste no time doing whatever is necessary for your pregnancy and very much care about their patients.

I was very skeptical about coming here due to all the reviews on Google, but my experience was very pleasant. It was a first-time appointment for me and everyone was very nice. Ms. Ballard at reception was fantastic and professional. Ms. Abdallah was my ultrasound tech, and was super kind and very thorough! She made me feel very comfortable and was great at explaining things. I spent the majority of the time with her for an anatomy scan. Dr. Mastrogiannis was also super nice and very knowledgeable. He was also very thorough and made me feel at ease. My visit took almost 2 hours, but I didn’t mind because of all the imaging and going over my medical history and past pregnancy. Don’t believe all the bad reviews! I’m sure everyone’s experiences aren’t the same.

I've seen a lot of people talking about long wait times in their reviews, and I have to say, that has not been my experience.

I had to come to the Perinatal Center because I started bleeding at 28 weeks. Every appointment, which was weekly, I showed up on time, and was called back within ten minutes of my sitting down in the waiting room. I would then be brought back for a non-stress test immediately, and the nurses were always very kind, checking if I wanted any juice, water, cookies, telling me how it was going. I would then go to an exam room, and almost every time, within five minutes, they would come to bring me to get my sonogram to check my fluid levels. There was only one time that I felt like I was waiting for an unreasonable amount of time, but I do understand that there are days they will fall behind.

I felt that everyone I interacted with had a great attitude with me, and when I went for my 38 week appointment and started bleeding again right at the office, they were very good about how they handled it.

I took one star off because I did feel like I had to repeat the same information every visit. Things that were already in my chart, like how many other children I had, if I had had certain shots yet, that sort of thing. I do know that they see a lot of people, so I don't expect them to have my information memorized, but it would be nice if they looked over my chart beforehand as a refresher.
