“A new fence for a large yard is not a small investment to make on your property. We wanted a fence to contain our dogs and to provide some privacy while enjoying our patio and back yard. In researching local fencing companies, Atlas Fence always came up as a top option. We liked that they have been in business for a long time and their reputation seemed solid. Our initial call went to Tom, who was incredibly pleasant and professional. We met with him in our home in October 2022, and he listened attentively and walked us through the numerous options available through them. A plan was formulated, a contract was generated, and a deposit was made to secure our place in line for “spring 2023”. In late February 2023, we called Tom to ask if we could adjust one aspect of our fencing project and we were met, once again, with his pleasant demeanor and professional attitude. He assured us that it was not too late to make changes and that our timing was perfect. We made the changes and Tom told us, to our astonishment, that our job would get started in about two weeks and would take about 4 days. A few days later, Justin arrived for a site survey and staked out our project. We firmed up our choices and options and were good to go! The Atlas crew, consisting of Ryan and Cameron, showed up March 10th and dug all of the holes for our fence in one trip! They installed all of the fence posts on the 13th, and began the fence installation on March 17th. Again, to our amazement, Ryan and Chris came on Saturday, March 18th and finished the installation of our fence, including all of the decorative spindles! ( We didn’t expect them until Monday!) Throughout the installation, the crew was respectful of us, our property, tidy in their work, and always on time. Communication has been exceptional and Tina, in the office, is so pleasant and efficient! She had sent us our warranty paperwork in no time following our installation. Our last surprise, during this process, was a call from Chris, who told us that we should expect someone who was going to wash our entire fence to make sure that the areas with a little mud/dirt from the installation were completely clean. Joe is here today-washing our fence. He greeted me with a big grin and a handshake and said he would make sure our gorgeous new fence was spotless when he was finished. We cannot recommend Atlas Fence highly enough-they have been absolutely outstanding, from start to finish! Thank you so much, Atlas Fence!”
