  I am happy to say that I have found a competent and caring primary care physician, Dr. Shah, at this walk in clinic hidden in a banal-looking strip mall. Dr. Shah had time to talk to me during my annual exam and assiduously looked over my lab results, talking to me about one borderline reading in particular. Overall, the office is well-kept, people are professional and friendly, and everyone had time to do their job well.

  My husband and I went into this facility one morning because overnight he had become so weak that he could barely stand up to stumble around. The front desk took our information and within minutes we saw a doctor or doctor's assistant. They took my husband's vitals and immediately put him on fluids and called an ambulance. At the Hospital emergency room we discovered he had anaplasmosis, which could have been deadly because it had progressed so far without any outward symptoms. Had it not been for the quick and efficient work of this clinic my husband very likely would be dead now. We were in the emergency room for three hours before they were pretty sure he would live. I thank the wonderful people at Immediate Medical Care in Chester for their caring, professional attitude which helped save my husbands life.

  As a first time using an urgent care, I was very pleased. Friendly staff and the PA that took care of my daughter was very caring and sweet to her:) Will definitely be my go to when her pediatrician isn't open
