Fantastic experience from start to finish with Advanced Dri. Tyler McClelland oversaw the mold remediation and expedited the process quickly and professionally. He communicated each step and followed up after each step to ensure that the mold and water damage from the burst pipe was dried and removed before any construction happened. Joe Paolucci was the project manager assigned to oversee the reconstruction of my first floor. Joe is a rare unicorn in this field, a contractor that actually communicates and delivers on what he says he will! Joe not only worked directly with my insurance company to negotiate the budget for the project, he would follow up frequently to ensure that the project moved along expeditiously. He made recommendations about the materials for the rebuild as if he were helping a family member out and really treated us like friends more than just a client. Joe really went above and beyond to ensure that our project was handled professionally and it exceeded our expectations! We could not recommend Joe Paolucci and his team enough!
