  I was involved in a car accident (rear-ended). I had issues with the one of the woman at front desk. Al was terrific throughout the whole ordeal. Though, dealing with the constant run-around with this woman left me with a negative view of this business. A few months later I get a phone from the owner after seeing my previous review. He apologized for the poor experience I had and offered me a free service for my troubles. This is a true business man. I will try this shop again and look forward to a better experience.

  All staff friendly and helpful. Al the owner is very helpful and knowledgeable dealing with insurance.

  Great honest service. They will work with you to get the corrections necessary for your ride and not scam you.

  I was re-ended. A friend of mine used this company and were very satisfied, so I thought I would go there too! I am so glad that I did because I have never been in an accident before, so I was really nervous about the process and all of the crazy stories about garages out there, but Al, Bryan and Kathy made the process so easy for me. They didn't waste any time, they have a rental company that had a vehicle there for me to pick for the time that my car was tied up in the shop. They handled everything for me! There was no stress. They deal with the insurance companies and all. Also, I had no idea that my car would come back brand spanking new looking inside and out! That was so exciting! So my advice is empty out your car before dropping it off. LOL! But they were good about that too. They just put it all in a bag in the boot of the car. Thank you to Goshen Collision, for great service!
