“Christine G: we are sorry you feel the way you do. We treated you with the utmost respect. If you remember, you came to our law firm almost two years after your Motor Vehicle Accident. you had very limited treatment. You could not treat with medical providers since your No fault benefits were denied. From the beginning we advised you that you must prove with medical evidence that you sustained a serious injury from your accident. We called you on a monthly basis and strongly suggested that you need to commence medical treatment or we could not take your case. At our initial consultation we advised you that there was no proof of your serious injury from this accident. It is unfair of you to suggest that we waited until two weeks before your deadline. Six months before your deadline, we had attempted to contact you by phone, email and first class mail to come to our office and explain the urgent need for you to commence treatment without success. We sent staff members to your home to speak to you after hours to make it more convenient for you to speak to us about your lack of a serious injury and the need to commence treatment. However, you failed to cooperate with us. We are sorry you feel the way you do but you have misrepresented the facts as they were. We took the time and reviewed your case after two years post accident when other law firms would not review your case. We explained to you in great detail the need to document your injuries so we could prove in a court of law that you suffered a serious injury from this motor vehicle accident. The law firm cannot be blamed for your lack of interest in going forward with medical treatment. we cannot be responsible for the fact that you did not suffer a serious injury that is a requirement of the law which is based on the limited medical treatment that you had after your accident.
