I have always had a great experience. Workers are always nice and kind.

I only had a very brief encounter with this local business. But I believe in supporting locals, but if they're No Good, then I'll say that so others aren't deceived. My experience, I have a 2010 Chevy. I was looking to have something done to the interior of the car, but he came up with a different idea that was gonna save me probably $700. He said the small part I needed would be in in a couple of days. I called 2 days later, it wasn't in yet, I then stopped by the next day and not in yet. I then stopped in 10 days later and they said that the small part was on back order and they would contact me. I never heard back. Now, my part was minor and I appreciated the idea he came up with. The reason why I gave 5 Stars was that the 2 times I went there plus my initial visit making 3 times, All 3 times I overheard a customer each time Thanking him for a job well done. The one young lady I heard him tell her that he didn't charge her for this & that and how thankful she was. I heard another customer say, that his car was running great when he asked him. I heard another say, I thought it would be much more than that. So, I'm posting 5 Stars for the people that might forget how important ratings are for a local business.

I checked my miss calls for like a month and I didn’t see your number, but I’m glad you responded to my review, thank you! I did Not go anywhere else. I have to come to Port tomorrow or next day to do laundry and I’ll stop by and pay for the part. You never know if it could be needed in the future. Thank You!

Had a problem with my car, I thought it was the alternator, called several places would not be able to even check my car until the next day if that. Called Jeff he asked if I was able to drive it down to him I said I would try , made it there he diagnosed several things and told me immediately what I needed, ordered parts and had it done right there on the spot. So thankful to him and his wife Barbara who were amazing.

Fast service on my bike (both tires & dyna beads for balance) and very easy to work with. Always has taken care of my motorcycles when i bring them to him
