Park Manor is a facility dedicated to their patients. Each and every staff member is caring, personable and helpful. Countless individuals, regardless of title and job description, have extended heartfelt support and guidance to my family. My family is beyond appreciative and thankful for this facility.
I could not be more impressed with the care my mother got at Park Manor. The nurses and staff treated her with care and kindness. They went out of their way to see that she had everything she needed. It was a wonderful place for her to be when she could no longer be at home.

Park Manor Rehab is staffed by dedicated physical and occupational professionals. The nursing staff is excellent. They care about their patients. My sister was very ill and had a broken arm when she came to Middletown Park Rehab, she is now thriving and improving every day. Thank you to the staff and administrators for striving to be the best.
Great local nursing facility. Hard working staff. There have been lots of upgrades to the facility in the past few years. The owners and administration are changing the way long term care and rehabs are looked at.
