I went to Medi-Fair after my neurologist finally told me I needed a wheelchair because of my MS. All kinds of bummed out, I went there because it seems like a nice place. I was greeted by Valerie, a thoroughly competent, kind and patient individual. She took my insurance information, showed me what they had to offer and took care of quite literally absolutely everything with regards to insurance. I got a phone call a week later from her asking what day I wanted my wheelchair delivered. The whole thing was as easy as it could have possibly been. I am very happy with the place and with the experience.
