“I scheduled an appointment after injuring my lower back at the gym. I am an active person and teach dance and knew the injury was pretty serious when it didn't go away after a month and decided it was a good idea to start seeing a Chiropractor. Dr. Nell's assistant, Janine was incredibly helpful in explaining the process of the consultation so I knew exactly what to expect. After an extremely thorough head-to-toe consultation I really appreciated Dr. Nell's "whole person" approach where she addresses your overall wellness including nutrition and lifestyle behaviors. Along with my adjustments, Dr. Nell gave me a bunch of tips on small changes that will make a big impact on my overall wellbeing (good sleeping habits, posture tips, and advice on doing household chores safely). I believe it was combination of developing safe lifestyle habits and the weekly adjustments I received that have helped me with my recovery. I was most surprised with how much the adjustments not only helped the disk issues in my back but how it helped other issues, especially my sinuses during allergy season. I am extremely happy I found Dr. Nell and know she will play a big role in my wellness routine.”
