I was in need as my battery died and had to get jumped. Nick was super helpful- testing the old battery, selling me the new one, and replacing the new battery in my pain in the butt vehicle! Great work! I am so thankful!!

I go to the Medina AutoZone every so often. As I have multiple vehicles. Matt the Manager is very helpful and knowledgeable. So is few the other store employees. You want home town parts store where everyone treats you good. Stop in there.

Liked it but girl at register didn't listen I td her I wanted a battery for my key remote and she kept trying to sell me a battery for the car I told her I would change the batteries myself she took itvopon her self to try to change the battery and messed up my key to where my car wasnt detecting the key thank God some guy was there that new how to re program my key to my car if not I would of been stranded in the parking lot for a few days!!!

This store is the best AutoZone around always very helpful and professional the staff is great the parts are good Katie has really good food that she makes and Matt he just has a face that you can't say no to he gets ya everytime he's a whole lotta guy
