Orleans Ford had a decent selection of trucks with lower mileage to look at. Chris was awesome at reaching out to me upon online inquiry about a truck. He was extremely informative over the phone and was good with continual communication the following days. I made the decision to drive 1.5 hours to the dealership to test drive 2 trucks and was able to make a deal on the one that fit my needs the most. Chris answered all my questions and walked me through all the features of the truck. Tom helped me get to a payment I was comfortable with and the dealership made sure the truck was ready to drive away when I was ready. Great experience!
