“I was an employee there, recently left. One CNA for 60 patients, staff is so scarce that lunch trays still in front of patients at supper time, as no staff to help feed or assist. Call lights not answered for more then an hour. Staff temperatures are taken, but the night I worked, nurse was coughing and visibly ill. Patients with temperatures moved then moved again before covid Testing, patients with confirmed covid placed in rooms with patients still awaiting test results. Found 2 covid positive residents on a non covid hall. Was full time employee and they forgot to sign me up for earned benefits. Sad sad sad..... I am not a disgruntled employee, just clearing out up a painted picture. Signed a 18 year nurse”
