Proper Service

My first time at Proper Service as a customer, and I decided instantly that they will be my service dealer. They were courteous, the premises meticulously clean and I was very satisfied with the work done. I have already recommended family members to them. Keep up the good work.

I brought my car to Proper Service for its annual NYS inspection. I was immediately impressed by the organized appearance of this business and was further pleased by the cordial and professional greeting. They kept in contact with me during the inspection, pointed out (via video) the car’s single flaw, and in an impressive display of honesty told me to bring my car to the car maker’s service center where it would be repaired under the warranty. It’s an unusual pleasure to deal with a thorough, punctual, ethical place of business. Glad I found them.

Our issue was the car required jump start several times even after a new battery. Proper did a complete analysis including testing the new battery. Kept us updated every day on what they were doing. Everything was corrected at a reasonable price.

Absolutely All Star Service! I'm not from Westchester so I feel like it's taken me 10 years to finally find a shop in the area with people I actually trust. My tires were in pretty Hurt shape and they gave me a great deal on a new set and an alignment so I'd be good for inspection. My Subaru Outback is getting up there in mileage and the mechanic Zach was super helpful in showing me some potential things that might need to be replaced in the coming months. Good honest guys, all the office staff were friendly and they had great coffee!

Tanner was very helpful to meet my needs. Being in the industry that I am in it is very prone to often get nails in my truck tires. Without hesitation he is able to get me in to their busy schedule.

Besides being there weekly for this issue of my tires (nails from work) proper has done multiple other services for me.

Oil changes, brakes, rotors and much more.
