“There's so many things to do at this gym. There's divided sex locker rooms so that's a given good. They have weights, treadmills, arm and leg workouts and lots of medicine balls. They have a smoothie bar which I love going to. So many different options! It's a very welcoming environment and it's a great gym. They also can watch your kids and on the weekends kids may enter the gym 1-6 PM. It's so convenient for me.”

“Just had their lunch buffet for the first time today and was amazed by the delicious selections. Outrageous value for the price ($12.99) which included about 10 entrees, salad, 6 sauces, and a desert as well as sizzling chicken tandoori and your choice of hot fresh naan delivered to your table. The woman who waited on us was very nice and the restaurant’s atmosphere was very pleasant. Will definitely go back!”
