The trainers (Gary, Neil, Courtney, and Michelle) are great human beings and coaches. They are extremely hands-on, friendly, and knowledgeable. Tell them your goals, anything from fitness to weight, and they will help you achieve it. They will push you to your limits and believe me you will thank them.The movements are customized based on each individual's personal fitness levels. After every single workout, I am on the floor sweating bullets, it’s the best feeling in the world when you complete a workout here. OSA isn't a gym... it's a second home. I know that sounds corny, but it's true. If you’re hesitant (like I initially was) go visit and I PROMISE you’ll feel right at home!”
