“In response to Mr. Ambrosecchias review. I am John Vogestad. I do remember this job. Apache was not hired by you but by your contractor. We did not have any representative of Bona come to inspect your job. If we had, we would have made them aware of the can of " Furniture spot remover" your wife showed me that made the floor "very shiny". Unfortunately, this product contained lacquer which, anybody in the floor business would know that it eats the floor finish and creates spots, just like the spots that accured on your floor. The finishes that were used were Duraseal Polyurethane with a Fabulon top coat, also made by Duraseal. These are the same finishes we use today on every job, with no complaints. At no time did we say anything about Bona, accept that is can leave a white film on the floor after long periods of use. We do no less than 15-20 jobs on a weekly basis and have very few complaints. If there is a problem on a job caused by our work we will immediately fix it. This however, was not our fault. Unfortunately, a product that should not have been used, was. We were not MIA. We were not asked to come back to finish the floors. If we were, we would have. At your cost. I'm sorry you chose this forum to discuss your concerns. I understand this is an old review, but it just came to my attention and thought it should be addressed as it is negative. As I see most of your review are. regards, John Vogestad”

“We have 3 dogs. One has had a number of health conditions including having seizures. Went to another vet near by and had complete sticker shock when the bill came. But if you love your pet, you pay it without complaints. Fool me once... Shopped around and came across this place when my other dogs contacted Lyme disease and what a pleasant surprise. Affordable! (Almost half the price of other vets we've gone to) clean, minimal wait and the staff are super friendly. Trust me, save your money,,(but you pet some extra toys) and go here”

“My water pump stopped working last night. I called Shaun at 830am he talked me through possible issues and was at my house by 930am. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the issue. He was one of the most professional service people I've dealt with. He explained everything well and was teaching his son the business which was an added bonus. It's a family business and they take great pride in their work. The price was very fair. I'm glad I didn't need a new system replacement today. But when I do you can be sure I'll be calling Shaun, Nick and Ray at H2O Services. Thank you.”

“It's funny how over time our perceptions of things change. I used to go to this general store all the time when it was called Bloombergs. Loved the place. Mr. B kept the business running smooth, but didn't worry about maintenance and upkeep like he should have. The new owners really haven't either. It looks a little run down, but if you need a good cup of coffee or a bacon, egg, and cheese in the morning, it's worth the stop.”
