  After calling a few other plumbers at 5 AM who claimed to have 24/7 emergency service available I reached Dave. He first helped me troubleshoot over the phone and then arrived to my house before 6 am. That is some amazing response time. He determined I either had a wiring issue or my pump was defective. An hour later he sent over his crew who confirmed my wiring was defective. 200 feet of wire broken in 3 separate places from horrible work performed by a plumber to remain nameless. I decided to replace my 10 year old well pump anyway (at my request) since it was already accessible. The final price was VERY REASONABLE and much less than the ballpark figure given. Matthew and his partner (apologies as I forgot his name) were OUTSTANDING. I couldn't be more happy to have used this company. Honest, quick, local, and affordable. Highly recommended!

  Amazing company and service, I called and immediately a tech was sent over. SHOUT OUT to Matt!!! thank you so much. The services given were professional, very knowledgeable in their field and handy. Very family oriented and understanding. I recommend this company to my highest ability to all for plumbing and well issues. They are helping me now as I speak to repair and change my well pump. Thank you Well Pump Guys. Thank you Matt.. these guys are great. I will come to them from now on.

  I wanted to say how impressed I was with not only the speed of response I got from the Well Pump Guys but the level of honesty. We had no water on a saturday morning. I had called the well company I used 6 years ago to install the pump with no return call. I then called another company with "$75 off" online coupon who came out and without even pulling out a tool told me my pump was bad and it was going to be $3500 to fix. Understanding it was the weekend I just found that to be extreme for a 120 foot deep well. I called The well pump guys and Dave the owner said he'd have someone out within the hour. 50 minutes later John showed up. He was very polite and even put on shoe covers. He immediately pulled out two different electrical meters and tested the well. He found absolutely nothing wrong with the pump and that I had only had a bad control box. $216 for the whole bill and I was up and running. I even told them up front the quote I got to replace the pump. If they told me $2800 I probably wouldn't have given a second thought and given them my credit card. This level of integrity is hard to come by these days.

  The well stopped working on a Saturday and I called Adams water systems. They sent out Rob the technician within 15 minutes of the call. He was able to correctly diagnose the problem and started replacing the pump right away. The price was fair and Rob did excellent work. Rob was such a nice guy and within a couple of hours water was flowing again. I would highly recommended this company for any well or plumbing needs. They have got a customer for life in me.

  The Well Pump Guys are absolutely AMAZING...in every way! I cannot praise them enough for their wonderful service and for “being there” for me in my time of need. I had been without water for five days, hoping my well pump would reset itself, as it sometimes had done.
  But when it seemed unlikely, I first called the company that had installed the pump many years ago, but they were booked and would not come for three days. So I called The Well Pump Guys, based on their wonderful reviews. Dave, the owner, was extremely kind and understanding, and came within two hours to give me a free estimate. My very old well pump was completely burned out and the very old water tank had been leaking for years and had other problems which would cause further damage to a new well pump. Within a couple of hours his excellent technician Rob came, and he was just as kind and understanding as Dave. I knew I was in the best of hands with The Well Pump Guys!
  Rob is clearly a highly experienced, knowledgeable and skilled technician, and replaced both the well pump and Water Tank, leaving everything neat and clean...I now have excellent water pressure and am relieved of any water worries! This was superior service! Dave is extremely fair and honest...his prices are very reasonable, and he was willing to work with me in every way to meet my needs. Such caring excellent service is hard to find..I HIGHLY recommend you call The Well Pump Guys...You will be glad you did!
