I called Fossati plumbing because of a need to change a shower cartridge. They responded within 90 min, were professional, competent, and had the replacement cartridge on the truck. For me this was the most valuable asset because we did not have to wait for the part and the shower was back to functioning within minutes. As for price, I feel the charges were high but do not base that on any cost comparisons.

I requested assistance on a bathtub and sink installation from 5 different plumbers. They were extremely fast, efficient, showed up exactly when they said they would, and did a perfect job from start to finish. Their prices are unbeatable and I would recommend these guys to any friends or family that needed work. Thank you for everything our home and bathroom never looked better and we could not have done it without you. Kevin and family.

I was in need of an emergency repair of a pipe leaking under my house in a very small crawl space. I was not a customer, but immediately felt like one while on the phone explaining my situation. Without hesitation I was told that the tech,(Mike) would be there by 1pm. The repair was a little more then he expected and said he would be back the next day, the communication from everyone at Fossati is exceptional. They send an email and notify you by text when they are on the way. Mike was back the next day, crawled back under the spider filled crawl space and fixed the pipe that was leaking. We had a small communication error involving the estimate, but Deb was great and corrected it right away. I am so happy with everything with this family owned and operated business and will be calling again if there is a need. Thank you so much Fossati for making me feel like a part of your family.

Rich was honest and transparent about the need to replace my water heater. The heater was on its last legs and for them to perform minor repairs would have been just a temporary fix. Rich was really quick in getting me a new unit which minimized any disruption. Fossati are very good at communicating timing needed and arrival. I’ll will definitely use them again for any other plumbing issues.
