  I was recommended to go to Brewster Subaru from a friend. It was a little further than my "local" dealership where I bought my last car, but went there because of the recommendation. All dealerships are definitely not the same - they took care of me immediately, greeted me warmly, went through all my questions and concerns, set me up with the cars and information I needed, and never pressured me into something I didn't want. It felt more like I was an old friend than a customer and that went a long way in how comfortable I felt in making a deal.
  
  I would definitely recommend them and will be returning myself.

  Fred was calm and courteous. We went to the dealership to test drive a car and to see how much we could get for our trade. He took his time, explained everything to us and was never pushy. We were able to think about our decision and ended up going back to purchase the car. The overall dealership was great. I will definitely go back to this dealership for our next purchase

  My experience was very positive. The dealership came recommended for its excellent service from a long time customer. I went to 3 other dealerships but Brewster was the most friendly, honest & patient. Fred made my car buying experience stress free, smooth & easy. He took time to go over the car features with me & answered all my questions. I highly recommend the dealership & Fred! Thank you to everyone at the dealership for making me feel at home when I walked through your doors.

  As a scientist, I realize that there is only a limited amount of information that can be gleaned from a single experience. Yes, I had a remarkably pleasant and seamless experience when I bought my car at Brewster Subaru. No games and they didn't try to push something on us that we didn't want. Very straightforward and to the point. And it was a very pleasant experience. But it is possible that our case was the exception, I can't rule that out. I will be better able to say next summer, after I purchase another Subaru from them, this one for my son.
