Understandably, it was nerve wrecking my first time going to a gyno being so young and not knowing what to expect but she has always made me feel comfortable in anything we speak about. “I can’t recommend this place enough!! I have taken multiple classes with Elaine and Sam and I couldn’t be happier. They are both brilliant instructors and made me feel so comfortable and confident. The class size is small, which I find better and are willing to work with you to make sure you feel good with the material once the class is done! “Charles is a wonderful instructor! His Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR class is educational, informative and empowering. I took this class with a large group of teenagers (I’m the mom of a teenager) and was very impressed with how well Charles engaged everyone in the room — and in the pool! This group is prepared for the serious job of being a pool lifeguard. Five stars, I hope to take more of Charles’ classes in the future!”

“I Love Carol Lenas !! Carol and her instructors keep the classes challenging and Fun. I like that they change up the routines and music every week so you never get bored.The class times work with my schedule and I like that there not over crowded. You also don't have others staring at you during your workout. Carol Lenas is a friendly place where we all know eachothers name and you just feel like your working out with friends !”
