(September 14, 2018, 6:27 am)I took my children to the beach here they loved it. My son's 2 and 3 yrs old played in the sand which is safe ,there is no trash in it and my daughter's 10 and 15 yrs old played in the water near by ,theirs life guards and they actually pay attention. They also have a surf school which was cool to watch.
(August 29, 2018, 6:17 am)Post Sandy renovations are great. Nice boardwalk (even though it's concrete for future hurricanes). And it's a clean beach.
(August 22, 2018, 11:33 pm)One of many NYC beaches, amazing long boardwalk that goes on for miles, excellent for biking. Subway and ferry options are available too, but best to bike out there if you can. Surfing is popular in some spots too.
(July 31, 2018, 9:35 am)I have a wonderful time with my sister that lives out there. The beach has improved tremendously! I love the new boardwalk.!!
