I’m so happy to learn that this service exists! David & his team made sure my pup was well taken care of for over 1 hour drive. I couldn’t join her, and I was extremely comfortable and informed. I highly recommend PetChauffeur. They care deeply about the pups and offer a great service. They were exactly on time as they promised - no easy feat in NYC!

Round of applause for this awesome group and company!!! The help and coordination to get my dad’s pup from Puerto Rico to New York was easy thanks to this team! Not only did they help book a flight but they guided me to prep for travel. Carla is known as a big breed dog. With all the airline restrictions etc, I know I had to get help with last minute changes. Most important safety was the priority. Sometimes things happen in life and our loved ones need us! So thankful this company exists and cares as much as we did. Thanks again to this awesome crew. I would definitely use these services again!

Pet Chauffeur was totally there for me from the moment I called. Finding them was a real gift. The initial process was comfortable and the people in the office were great. My driver eas on time, and again, great. When my trip took an unexpected delay in picking up my cat the driver patiently waited. They are dependable, I would use them again whenever needed.

Finding pet transport via JFK after a long flight was a challenge that my wife and I were dreading. BUT, the team at Pet Chauffeur were excellent at answering our questions and accommodating our need for our medium size dog and his travel size crate. Our entire process was very smooth and excellent, we definitely would utilize their services again and recommend them without hesitation!

We lost our dog suddenly and needed to make arrangements to have him picked up the following morning at the emergency vet in the city and brought to the cemetery far out on Long Island where he was being buried. We were recommended Pet Chauffeur by the burial center, and were so happy we went with them. They made an extremely sensitive time for us super comfortable and we are incredibly grateful for that experience with them. We were contacted upon pick up from the emergency vet, and were called right away once our dog arrived at the cemetery. They were so kind and understanding and we can’t thank them enough for taking care of our boy on his final ride. We highly recommend them.
