Erum is the best PA I've ever seen at the doctors office! She always takes out the time to explain any questions or concerns I have. If I ever call the office, she takes out the time to talk to me regarding any medical concerns.
My entire family visits her so I know she's trusted with all age groups.
She is very approachable and I appreciate her positive attitude. She really makes you feel like a friend, which makes the entire experience very welcoming.
