He helped me indescribably with an almost irreversible issue that was causing me such distress I was almost having complication to already-present health isues. He resolved my issue completely. Tiffany is knowledgeable & kind, as is Shemsa, who is personable, affable & enthusiastic. Switching from Android to Apple can be discombobulating, but this team did all they could to set this straight, making what could have been a nightmare into a "healed" experience . Thank you to everyone, especially Mason. His understanding & generosity went a long way after a harrowing experience. 'Highly recommend.
