i go to arsen’s class once a week, and i love it! he truly LOVES what he does. he has such an infectious energy. i’ve lost so many inches in my waist, and gained a lot of muscle since being consistent with him for 4 months. it’s the best hour of your life. you get way more bang for your buck with the variety of workouts he offers.
