I agree with some the commenters. the customer service here can be alittle rude from time to time. But other then that issue I just wanted to truely thank all the nurses in the ER room and at the 7th floor in E-7 for taking care of my mom when she had her thyroid problem. I noticed that each and every nurse was dedicated to their work and passionate for what they do. I especially want to thank the medicine team and nurse miramala in E7 holding for keeping a close watch over my mom each and every night she was admitted. I couldn't thank you enough. And i truely appreciate the time spent with my mom having her health condition . Also nurse Rachel and all the nurses in the ER room thankyou as well. Thankyou to all the doctors and medicine team for doing daily checkups and updating us on her condition. Thqnkyou ti the front desk guy in the main lobby for having a joke with me when I was stressed in this difficult time in my life. Thankyou Elmhurst Hospital

I've taken my very elderly mom to the NYC hospitals with the best reviews and as it turned out she received great care right near home. She was in critical condition so EMS went to the nearest hospital. Happy with the critical care triage, doctors, nurses, PCAs and the other specialties such as physical therapy speech and swallow, nutrition etc. The only thing that needs improvement is more frequent checking on patients on the floor. Not as frequent rounding as other hospitals. Overall, it's a relief to know that there is quality care in our community. There's a lot of heart and compassion here.
